How to order

At Orchard Twist we want things to be on a ‘personal’ level, so that you get the best service possible. As such, we prefer to do our business on a one-to-one basis where we can ensure you get exactly what you want – the perfect jewellery pieces for your Wedding Day or Special Occasion.

If you wish to place an order when phoning us, depending on the items you want, it would be useful to have your head measurement for tiaras, length measurements for necklaces and bracelets, size of cake for cake ‘toppers’ and the inside diameter for napkin rings (as size will be dependant on the thickness of the napkins to be used).

With the exception of our Limited Edition and Sale items, everything is handcrafted to order and we advise allowing 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. If you need your items earlier than this, please let us know and we will endeavour to meet your deadline.

We will send you the quotation, with a copy for you to sign to confirm your order and acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. Our quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of the quote.

To order, please return your signed copy of the quotation with a cheque for the full amount of your jewellery piece(s) plus postage and packing. Please make all cheques payable to: S Appleton.

We will not cash your cheque until we have been able to source all the materials for your jewellery piece(s). If there is a problem in sourcing any materials, we will contact you and discuss the situation before proceeding.

Once all materials are sourced, we will confirm your order and order number by email or letter.

If you want to take advantage of our 'Advanced Booking' service, please call us. We can book the time to make your pieces into our schedule for a small deposit of £20 (non-refundable). Give us the full details of your order, and we will send you a quotation which will include a 10% discount for early booking. Please return a signed copy of the quotation with your cheque for £20, and once we receive this, we will confirm your booking. We will contact you 10 weeks before your 'Big day' for payment before we proceed with crafting your order as above.

All jewellery pieces are presented in quality boxes. In addition, the Tiaras, cake ‘toppers’ and napkin rings are also wrapped with acid free tissue paper.

All boxes come with a piece of anti-tarnish paper to keep your jewellery tarnish-free for longer.
